Terms of Service

Note: this document is a reasonable, good-faith draft, not legal advice. Before publishing it officially, have it reviewed by a lawyer or a specialized legal service, to make sure it complies with the regulations that apply to your specific situation.

    The most important point in this document: when you buy ML RadioForge, you are buying a license to use the software. You are not buying a hosting service, you are not buying the infrastructure needed to broadcast, and you are not buying any rights to the music or content you'll upload. These three things always remain your own responsibility, separate from the license.
  

1. What you're buying

ML RadioForge is software provided as a usage license, in two versions:

V1: access to the dashboard for managing music, playlists, a public listening page, and social video generation.
V2 (optional upgrade): everything in V1, plus spoken AI content, automatic translation, and automatic announcement scheduling.

Payment is a one-time charge for the version you choose. This is not a recurring monthly subscription to the platform.

2. What's NOT included

To be fully transparent, the following are never included in the license, regardless of which version you purchase:

Broadcasting hosting: you need to get your own AzuraCast account (free software, offered by various commercial providers) to actually broadcast your radio station.
An OpenAI account: if you use V2's AI features, you need to connect your own OpenAI account; the related usage costs are your responsibility.
Rights to content: you are solely responsible for having the necessary rights to any music, text, or images you upload and broadcast through the platform.
Compatibility with other systems: the platform works exclusively with AzuraCast-based hosting. We do not guarantee any compatibility with other panels or streaming protocols.

3. License grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your own business (running one or more radio stations). You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the software to others as if it were your own product, unless otherwise agreed with us in writing.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed through Stripe. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, valid for both V1 and V2: if you're not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, you can request a refund by writing to mlbrand.ltd@gmail.com. We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction caused by issues with your AzuraCast hosting or other third-party services, since those are not part of the license we sell.

5. Availability and changes to the software

We work to keep the platform running and continuously improving, but we do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features over time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, loss of profits, or service interruptions resulting from use of the platform, including — but not limited to — issues caused by your AzuraCast hosting or other third-party services.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms in the future. If we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
