Privacy Policy

Who we are

ML RadioForge is a software product sold by an individual seller. For any question about this privacy policy or your data, you can write to us at mlbrand.ltd@gmail.com.

What we sell

We sell exclusively a license to use the ML RadioForge software. We are not a hosting service, we do not manage your radio broadcast on your behalf, and we do not provide technical support for third-party services (such as your AzuraCast hosting). This document only covers data collected in connection with purchasing and using the license.

What data we collect

We only collect the data needed to sell you the license and let you use the software:

Account data: your email address and a password, to log into the dashboard.
Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe (see below) — we never receive or store your credit card details.
Content you upload yourself: music tracks, cover images, and any text you write or generate on the platform, needed to make it work.
Your AzuraCast hosting credentials: the server address, station ID, and API key you enter — used only to connect the platform to your hosting, and stored encrypted.

Third-party services we use

To run the platform, we rely on a few external services, which process some of your data on our behalf:

Stripe	Processing payments for the license purchase
Brevo	Sending transactional emails (e.g. confirmations, account notifications)
Our cloud hosting provider (for the app itself)	Storing the database and the files you upload

Each of these services has its own privacy policy, which we recommend reading if you'd like more detail on how they handle data.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as you use the platform. If you close your account or request deletion of your data, we remove it from our systems within a reasonable time, except where we're legally required to retain some of it (for example, tax-related payment records).

Your rights (GDPR)

If you're located in the European Union, you have the right to: access your data, request its correction, request its deletion, restrict its processing, and request its portability. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at mlbrand.ltd@gmail.com.

Your responsibility for content

You are solely responsible for any content you upload to the platform (music, images, text), including making sure you have the rights needed to use and broadcast it. We do not monitor or verify the content you upload.

Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data (encrypted connections, hashed passwords, encrypted sensitive credentials). No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy in the future. If we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
